My stay at Ac Hotel Nashville Downtown had its ups and downs. The hotel is in a prime location just a block from the Country Music Hall of Fame and boasts a beautiful pool area and rooftop bar. However, my room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, and I struggled with the cleanliness during my stay. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was plentiful and offered good coffee, but I encountered issues with room service and housekeeping.

Rooms
6.0
While the room had a comfortable bed and decent amenities, the cleanliness was lacking. I found dirty floors and my room wasn't cleaned as expected during my stay. Additionally, the bathroom vent was noisy and the AC didn't cool the room effectively.
Service
7.0
I found the staff to be friendly and responsive, though the communication about housekeeping needs could have been clearer. They were helpful but the delayed room service for cleaning was frustrating.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, being within walking distance to all major downtown attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and various restaurants. It's close enough to enjoy the hustle while also avoiding noise disturbances.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was included and I appreciated the variety, especially the protein options. The area was well-decorated for Fall, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. However, I was surprised by some breakfast misinformation during check-in.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel features a lovely pool area and a fitness center that I found impressive. However, the elevators were quite slow, which was inconvenient at times during my stay.

6.2/10

I had a great stay at the AC Hotel Nashville Downtown, especially enjoyed the comfy bed and friendly service. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, being just a short walk away from all the attractions. However, I was disappointed by the high valet parking fee and the lack of daytime coffee availability, which would have been nice during my long stay. Overall, it was a solid hotel experience that I would recommend.

Rooms
8.0
The room was comfortable and clean, though I had a minor issue with the bathroom's water pressure not being great. The view could have been better, but it was still decent for being on a high floor.
Service
9.0
The staff were welcoming and accommodating. I appreciated how quickly they checked me in and the assistance from the valet was always prompt.
Location
10.0
Being close to Broadway and other attractions made my stay enjoyable, as I could easily walk to explore local music and dining options without being in the middle of the chaos.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was decent for a hotel buffet, although it came at an additional cost. I also missed having some coffee available during the day.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had great facilities like a nice outdoor space with a pool and a hot tub. However, the rooftop bar closed too early for my liking.

6.4/10

I had a mixed experience at the AC Hotel Nashville Downtown. On the plus side, the location made it super easy to explore downtown and enjoy all the local attractions. However, I faced some frustrating service issues, like the valet parking fee and the restaurant not being open at night, which really put a damper on things.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and spacious, plus the beds were really comfy for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the modern design of the hotel, too.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly, I encountered long waits and confusion with my parking and restaurant charges, which was disappointing. I felt like the service could’ve been smoother.
Location
9.0
The hotel was located about three blocks from Broadway Street, making it easy to walk to all the fun without being in the middle of the chaos. This was definitely a highlight for me.
Dining
5.0
I was bummed that there wasn't a main restaurant or bar open at night, and breakfast had an extra charge at another hotel. It's not what I expected from my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had a few cool amenities, like a fitness center and a rooftop bar, which were nice. However, extra fees for valet parking felt excessive and weren't the best value.

7.4/10

I had a pleasant stay at the AC Hotel Nashville Downtown. The location was perfect—close enough to Broadway for easy access to the nightlife while still being just far enough away to avoid the noise. The modern design of the hotel and the rooftop bar were definitely highlights, although I was a bit disappointed with the lack of daily room service, especially at the $350 price point.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensured I had a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist, though my experience with room cleaning was less than ideal as it required a request.
Location
9.0
I found the location to be fantastic, offering easy walking access to the Music City Center, Ryman Auditorium, and other attractions while still being somewhat quieter than a hotel right on Broadway.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast was delicious, featuring a wide variety of hot food options that were a great way to start the day. However, the lunch offerings for meetings were not very appealing.
Facilities
7.0
The gym facilities were impressive and well-equipped, and the rooftop pool area was a beautiful place to unwind. However, I was initially unaware of additional charges for parking.
